• Invoices are due according to the stated payment terms, and late balances may be subject to finance charges or collection  costs as permitted by law
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and project information
• Acre Nexus may suspend work, service visits, deliveries, monitoring, or support for overdue accounts
• Any deposits, special-order items, or prepaid service arrangements may be subject to separate written terms
